Return Policy

AMA's policy allows for the exercise of the right of withdrawal and return within 14 days from the receipt of purchased items, provided that they are not items that have been engraved at the buyer's request, or that the feature stones are of a carat weight equal to or greater than 1 carat.

The right of withdrawal in favour of the buyer, as regulated by article 52 of the 'Consumer Code', does not apply to the items offered on this portal, as they are goods produced upon the buyer's request, custom-made, and based on individual choices made at the time of the jewellery configuration, made with raw materials purchased after the order has been placed (art. 59 | Exceptions to the right of withdrawal | letter c).
